•ProTip: Lung cancer screening can sometimes be a double-edged sword. Pt’s will be worried about having cancer until the study comes back negative. This sets up the patient’s own (incorrect) implication that they smoked this long without developing cancer, and should be able to continue to smoke (this is a real phenomenon, be prepared for it)
