•Ms. Undine is a 50 y/o with a history of asthma.  You are seeing her in follow-up and she reports worsening of her asthma symptoms.  She had previously been well-controlled but now reports daily use of her rescue inhaler, a persistent cough, and some intermittent wheezing.  She has a mild expiratory wheeze on exam.

•You ask her about her maintenance inhaler, and she reports it helped greatly but became cost prohibitive and she had to self-discontinue it.
